How to make Chocolate Chip Cookies?

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the vegetable oil, and once hot, add the garlic, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are slightly softened.
  2. Add the shrimp to the skillet and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Pour the mixture over the shrimp and vegetables and stir-fry for an additional minute, or until the sauce has thickened.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over cooked rice.
